Founded in 1958, LSA is one of the largest cost consulting firms in the United States with 5 offices throughout the country estimating over 400 projects per year, from multi-billion-dollar civic programs to small office tenant improvements. Each year, the staff is called on to estimate over twenty billion dollars of construction projects.
